The Opportunity
We are seeking a Cultural Programmer – not
just someone who organizes events, but a visionary who can inspire, connect,
and engage our community. This is a rare opportunity for an exceptional
individual to play a key role in shaping the cultural landscape of our
community. The successful candidate will have the chance to curate a dynamic
range of events and programs that stimulate minds, ignite conversations, and

Responsibilities
* Develop and implement a vibrant and diverse
cultural program that aligns with The Conduit's mission and values and our
cultural programming ethos.
* This will include the curation of a music and
arts programs, wellness programme, networking events, personal growth
programmes, Ubuntu dinners, family days and networking.
* Coordinate with other teams, including
hospitality, to ensure the seamless execution of events. Full responsibility of
the execution of cultural programming.
* Ensure marketing messages are timely and
audience specific
* Foster relationships with local and
international content creators to deliver a truly global experience
* Evaluate the success of each program, using
feedback to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
* Work alongside other Conduit club programme
leaders and our global team to collaborate and share resources and
contacts.
* Manage the cultural programming budget, ensuring
resources are allocated effectively.
* Align to the overall revenue goals of the
operation to meet the overall business plan.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in programming or cultural
programme planning, preferably in a similar role.
* A deep understanding of and passion for the
arts, music, and culture.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication
skills.
* Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple
projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
* Strong existing network within the UK (and
international preferably) arts, culture, and social impact scene. Should be
well-connected and have a track record of engaging a broad spectrum of talent.
* Ability to identify, attract, and negotiate with
talent to create compelling cultural programs.
