Role Overview
A market leading 100m+ business in the provision of Facilities Management services is looking to add to its talented team with the appointment of a senior sales professional in the form of Business Development Director. This role will suit an experienced Sales Director, or Head of Sales, or a Senior Business Development Manager.

Some customers are the likes of: Ikea, Wembley Stadium, HSBC, Sainsburys, Estee Lauder, Mitie, Sodexho, Sky TV and many more.
The business have grown their revenue lines year on year at an eye watering rate and have much more planned in terms of investment and strategic growth for 2024 and beyond.
Qualifications
* Significant new business sales experience.
* Credibility at a senior level within Facilities Management service provision.
* An understanding of the bid/tender process.
* Strong influencing / relationship building skills.
* Proven track record of results and performance.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary range is 70-95k depending on exact experience, plus a car and benefits package, plus an uncapped OTE. This role is heavily remunerated from a bonus and total earnings perspective – further details of which can be given at interview stage.
