We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Assistant to join our dynamic team. Duties
* Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, invoices, and expense reports.
* Assist in account reconciliation, preparing financial statements, and managing month end and year-end closing processes.
* Support payroll processing and budget preparation to ensure financial efficiency.
* Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, addressing discrepancies and implementing improvements as needed.
* Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders on financial matters, ensuring timely resolution of issues.

* Comply with HMRC regulations.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
* Proven 3-5 years' experience in accounting or bookkeeping, preferably with payroll and invoicing management.
* Strong knowledge of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar). Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
