The Job: Liaise with Design, Commercial & Operations Teams to develop a Tendering Plan within Project / Client Deadlines Assess tender information to fully understand the client requirements On completion of tender review, to engage with all internal departments and communicate all relevant commercial and technical requirements Work with all internal and external parties to source reliable information and to produce accurate and detailed cost information Use all company systems to electronically manage, archive and store all project documentation (in line with company quality procedures) Manage potential Estimating Risks effectively though the project cycle clearly communicating any assumptions or qualifications under consideration and to protect the interests of the company Prepare detailed and auditable Quotations and Tenders of the highest quality and on time Attend meetings with clients as required Provide all required documentation to the internal teams as part of the Project Handover Process Work with the Commercial, Design and Operational teams; Pre, Mid & Post tender to minimise risk Work with the Commercial, Design and Operational teams; to assist in identifying, changes and to maximise contractual value from Project Extras / Variations Candidate Profile: Ability to work to strict deadlines. Good communication skills. Be confident with Excel and Word.
