Are you a strategic and hands-on network infrastructure expert, ready to shape the communications backbone of a high-performing, global business? What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll take ownership of all network and communication systems across the business, ensuring resilience, security, and innovation in a complex, enterprise-scale IT landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
* Architect, evaluate, implement, and manage communications infrastructure across 20+ sites worldwide
* Lead the evolution of LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, wireless, mobile and telephony platforms
* Manage third-party network and telecoms suppliers, including billing and contract governance
* Drive network security in collaboration with IT security stakeholders
* Deliver robust project management across communications projects and upgrades
* Provide network and capacity reporting to inform strategy and future investment
* Develop and document business continuity and disaster recovery strategies related to communications
* Maintain comprehensive documentation to support seamless cross-team operations
* Play a key role in support escalations and post-incident analysis
What We’re Looking For
You’ll be a confident, detail-oriented architect with strong technical depth and the ability to influence both operational outcomes and strategic IT direction.
* Expertise in Aruba LAN & Wireless technologies, SD-WAN and NAC
* Fortinet firewall and VMware ESX networking experience
* Solid knowledge of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VPN, etc.)
* Understanding of mobile device management, telephony, and secure remote access
* Proven experience with supplier and contract management
* Working knowledge of BC/DR planning, ITIL principles, and project delivery
* Strong communication skills and ability to write technical reports and recommendations
