We're now looking for an HR Specialist to join our EMEA HR Operations team, supporting teammates across their full employee lifecycle and helping us deliver a consistent, high-quality HR service. What you'll be doing In this role, you'll work closely with the wider HR team to provide a seamless and reliable HR service to managers and teammates. Your focus will span HR administration, operational support and onboarding, including:
Key Responsibilities
* Acting as a central point of contact for HR queries, policies and processes
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR records and employee files
* Managing HR inboxes and ensuring queries are handled within agreed SLAs
* Supporting monthly payroll processes in line with local requirements
* Producing regular and ad-hoc HR reports (e.g. headcount, attrition, leavers)
* Managing absence and leaver processes in line with policy and legislation
* Administering local benefits and supporting changes to terms and conditions
* Supporting onboarding, working closely with Talent Acquisition and HR colleagues to ensure new hires have a smooth and consistent start, including offer management, compliance checks, inductions and system updates
Qualifications
* Strong administration experience, ideally within an HR or shared services environment
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* A high level of organisation and attention to detail
* Proven ability to manage competing priorities and work to deadlines
* Confidence using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* A genuine interest in HR and the value it brings to a business
Desirable (but not essential):
* Experience with HR systems and HR administration
* Studying towards, or holding, an HR-related qualification
* Experience supporting process improvements or automation
* A second language
