What Will You Be Doing?
Main responsibilities include:
* Review & audit consistent findings to ensure compliance across the group
* Review dealership submissions and bank reconciliations
* Review expenses submitted by sites, ensuring adherence to policies, correct fuel rates & VAT codes
* Review & report on Balance Sheet reconciliation files
* Support the Financial Director with budgeting
* Assist with Keyloop permissions management
* Create and present accounts workshops as needed
* Develop accounting policies & process guides
The working hours are Monday to Friday, 08:30am - 17:00pm.
Who Are We Looking for?
The ideal candidate will have:
* Experience in Financial Control and Management Reporting
* Confidence managing a small team, mentoring and developing staff
* Qualified ACA or ACCA accountant with motor industry experience
* Strong communication skills and team-oriented mentality
* Attention to detail, process, and deadline-driven approach
* Ability to work across all organizational levels
* Ability to identify process improvements
* Full UK driving licence
Experience in the Motor Trade is advantageous.
