Job Title: Senior Powerplant Engineer
Location: UK-Wales- Hybrid

This is a technical role within the Fleet Management Team, managing multiple customer and internal projects related to engines.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as a virtual powerplant manager for airline/lessor clients.
* Fleet planning and maintenance cost forecasting.
* Optimization of removal planning and engine disposition.
* Implement cost reduction initiatives.
* Perform Engine Health Monitoring (EHM) / Engine Condition Monitoring (ECM) tracking & reporting.
* Manage engine shop visit events, including work scope, inspection, repair oversight, and documentation.
* Negotiate service agreements with OEM and MRO suppliers.
* Review and negotiate engine lease/sale/purchase contracts from a technical perspective.
* Support new engine selection.
* Perform engine transition management, including records audit and physical inspections.
* Draft technical reports and manage technical documentation.
* Mentor and support Powerplant engineers within the team.
* Support new business opportunities.
* Attend OEM technical conferences.
Qualifications / Requirements
* Minimum 10 years' experience in a powerplant-focused role.
* Degree qualification preferred.
* Experience in airline powerplant management preferred.
* Strong technical knowledge of CFM, P&W, GE, IAE, RR products.
* Strong commercial and financial acumen.
* Proficient with MS Office.
* Project management skills.
* Self-motivated and quality-driven.
* Excellent communication skills.
