What you'll be doing:
* Conduct farm audits to ensure compliance with industry and retailer standards (including BEIC Lion Code, Tesco & M&S)
* Support animal welfare, biosecurity, and farm assurance practices
* Analyse data, identify issues, and drive improvements
* Work closely with farmers and producers to maintain high standards
* Manage and resolve non-conformances
What we're looking for:
* Degree in Agriculture (or related field
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Confident communicator who can build relationships
* Organised with great time management
* Passion for farming, sustainability, and animal welfare
* (Poultry experience is a bonus—but not essential!)
