Role Description:
* Finance lead for the design and implementation of budget transformation programmes across all service areas.
* Working with senior stakeholders to identify and deliver efficiency savings.
* Creating robust business cases and financial models to support transformation initiatives.
Urgently required to support the achievement of a balanced budget.
