Day to day duties of the role Work collaboratively with the Exams Department to coordinate and administer exam access arrangements assessment process. Plan/review individual programmes of support ensuring that all aspects of provision and support are in place and regularly reviewed. Proactively deliver the Specialist Support Model of inclusive practice and implement the SEND Code of Practice. Close liaison with SEND Campus Coordinators to ensure specialist support is provided for learners who require specialist interventions, strategies and enabling tools. Required skills and qualifications A degree (or relevant qualification) that is appropriate to the work. A relevant qualification that allows you to carry out exam access arrangements assessments in line with JCQ requirements (If you do not hold this qualification, you must be willing to gain this (with the assistance of the College) within the first two years of service). A proven record of delivering good or outstanding support programmes. Relevant successful teaching experience of learners with SEND.
