You’ll be based in one of our vibrant locations: Cambridge, Gerrards Cross, Lincoln, or Nottingham. Here, you’ll provide exceptional design and professional services across various sectors for both public and private clients.

Location: Cambridge, Gerrards Cross, Lincoln, or Nottingham
Hours: 37.5 hours per week – enjoy some flexibility in your schedule!
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum + benefits

Your Responsibilities
As a Building Surveyor, you will be an integral part of our Architecture & Building Consultancy team. Your role will involve:
* Conducting surveys of existing buildings and sites, and developing feasibility studies.
* Designing and specifying solutions for maintenance, repair, refurbishment, and more.
* Supporting clients in procuring contractors for various projects.
* Project managing the delivery of solutions, including the administration of construction contracts.
* Performing quality assurance checks and supporting colleagues in larger projects.
* Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients to foster business development.
What We’re Looking For
This role is perfect for you if you:
* Hold a Degree level qualification (minimum HNC/HND) in a relevant discipline or a RICS accredited qualification.
* Are working towards Chartered status through RICS or CIOB.
* Have a solid background in building surveying, with experience across various building types and sectors.
* Are familiar with procurement processes and have experience in contract administration.
