The White Hart Hotel in Hampton Wick is searching for a dynamic and experienced General Manager to elevate our guest experience to new heights!
The White Hart is a stunning hotel in Hampton Wick just across the river from Kingston meaning its guests vary from tourists visiting Hampton Court and its many events to business clients looking for an easy base with good links around the region.
With 37 beautiful bedrooms including family rooms and four poster bed suites there’s a room that suits every guest’s needs.
The next general Manager must lead and inspire a high-performing team, ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and service standards, oversee day-to-day 24-hour operations, from reception to the pub to housekeeping. This business is complex, and its next leader will need to demonstrate how they will drive profitable sales in all three revenue streams.
There is the chance for someone to make a lasting impact on The White Hart Hotel's success. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment - both in the business and across the wider Operational Area.
The ideal candidate will have:
· Proven experience in hotel an advantage but not essential.
· Strong leadership and organizational skills
· Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
· A coach, leader and mentor to an exceptional team.
· Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset to succeed d across all measurement criteria.
· Passion for delivering an outstanding guest experience.
The White Hart Hotel is a Complexity Band D business and has live in available.
