What we are looking for: A strong leader who enjoys a challenge and would like to drive a wonderful team forward. Previous Senior or Lead Vet experience is desirable; however, you will be very well supported by a highly experienced Practice Director who can support and guide on business decisions. Working with you to develop your leadership skills Strong routine surgical skills. Good understanding of finances, line management and business strategy. A GDP advisor or someone who would like to train to become a GDP advisor is desirable.
