We are currently looking for a reliable and hardworking Gateman to join our team on a long-term 2-year project in the Cobham area. This role involves managing site access, maintaining site cleanliness, and assisting with general upkeep duties including sweeping and jet washing.

Responsibilities:
7. Monitor and control access to the site
8. Record visitors, vehicles, and deliveries
9. Open and close gates for authorised personnel and vehicles
10. Safely manage vehicle and pedestrian movement on site
11. Report suspicious activity or security concerns
12. Sweep site areas to maintain cleanliness and safety
13. Carry out jet washing of site areas and surfaces
14. Keep entrances and surrounding areas tidy
15. Follow all health and safety procedures
16. Assist site staff with general duties when required
Requirements:
17. Valid Traffic Marshall/Banksman ticket required
18. Valid CSCS card required
19. Previous gateman or site experience preferred
20. Good communication and observation skills
21. Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
22. Physically fit and capable of manual work
23. Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
24. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
