The Role
Commercially manage projects ensuring they are completed within budget
Take off drawings to produce a bill of quantities
Subcontract and supplier approval and procurement
Visit site to ensure costs are on track and complete site measures / variation reports
Produce cost value reports (CVR)
Invoice reconciliation and approval for payment
Produce final accounts
The Person
Quantity Surveyor experience in mainstream construction
Strong communication skills
JCT and/or NEC forms of contract
Organised and professional
Relevant Degree or experience in similar role
