PA to Employee Director and Corporate Services
AfC Band 5 (pro rata) plus a High Secure Environmental Allowance of £1,679.10 per annum (pro rata)
Contract Duration – Fixed Term for one Year
Post Details – To provide high-level confidential support to the Employee Directors and contribute to the department's overall work. Responsibilities include managing secretariat functions of Board Committees, planning, organizing, attending meetings, producing accurate minutes, following up on action plans, and supporting committee members.
Experience – Candidates should have a relevant secretarial qualification at HND level or equivalent experience in an administrative or secretarial role, with demonstrated experience in committee-level work within the NHS or similar organizations.
