Are you passionate about health, wellbeing, and building meaningful partnerships? SuperWellness is seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you'll play a key part in expanding our presence, forging new partnerships, and driving revenue growth in the health and wellbeing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

* Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and lead qualification
* Develop and maintain relationships with potential partners, clients, and industry stakeholders
* Conduct outreach via phone, email, and social media to nurture leads and schedule meetings
* Present SuperWellness’s offerings and value proposition to prospective clients and partners
* Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop targeted outreach strategies
* Track and report on outreach efforts, conversions, and pipeline status using CRM tools
* Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and market developments


Qualifications:

* Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related role, preferably within the health, wellbeing, or SaaS sectors
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
* Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and a desire to succeed
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools
* Passion for health, wellbeing, and improving people’s lives
