The opportunity
This senior leadership role is responsible for managing Teva's operational Information Security team, supporting cloud environments, production/OT systems, and legacy operating platforms. Teva operates across approxiamtely 60 countries, requiring technical leadership, operational excellence at scale, and the ability to manage and empower a global, multicultural security organzation.
The role includes day-to-day operational leadership, strategic technology decision-making, and driving security innovation aligned with business needs. A core responsibility is protecting Teva's global assets against sophisticated cyber threats including advanced persistent threats (APTs) and nation-state backed attack groups, operating in a highly and continuously evolving environments .
Location
This role may be based in United Kingdom, Germany, Bulgaria, Croatia or Israel. Other Teva locations across Europe may be considered.
How you’ll spend your day
1. Define and excute the strategic vision for infrastructure, platform, and operational security across a complex, globally, distributed environment spanning ~60 countries
2. Lead, mentor and scale high-performing international security teams across multiple regions and time zones
3. Protect Teva's digital operational assets from advanced cyber threats, including APT groups and nation-state adversaries
4. Leverage AI and automation to optimize security platform operations, streamline workflows, and enhance decision-making
5. Own architecture and operations across the security stach; CNAPP, EDR, SASE, PAM, IAM, WAF, AND NAC
6. Secure hybrid environments spanning cloud ( AZURE, AWS), OT/IIoT, regulated manufacturing, and legacy operating system
7. Ensure compliance with GxP and regulated industry requirements while maintaining operational agility
8. Comuunicate security strategy, posture, and risk effectively to the C-suite and senior busniess leaders
9. Establish KPI and metrics that reflect meaningful security outcomes
Your experience and qualifications
Leadership Experince:
10. 6+ years of director-level cybersecurity leadership across achitecture, engineering and operations.
11. Proven success in building, developing, and retaining, elite security talent
12. Strong executive presence with the ability to engage effectively with CISO, CIO, and senior stakeholders.
Technical Expertise:
13. CISSP, CISA, or equivalent professional certification
14. Deep expertise in Microsoft Azure security; working knowledge of AWS and multi-cloud environments
15. Proven DevSecOps and application security experince (SAST, DAST, SCA, IAST, RASP)
16. Familiarity with OT, ILOT and loT security within regulated manufacturing environments
17. Experince intergating AI and automation into security platforms and operational processes
