Housing Support Officer
East London based with a balance of home and office working
GBP 30,191 per year (pro rata)
Full Time (37.5 hours per week) and Part Time (18.75 hours per week) positions available
Temporary position for up to 12 months
We have a great opportunity to join our team in the role of Housing Support Officer. During your working day you'll be visiting multiple properties, including houses and flats, within your geographical area, completing annual fire door checks.

Completing property inspections

Completing health and safety compliance checks

Updating resident information forms

Regular contact with customers within their properties or while in the community, escalating any concerns to the local Housing team

Extensive travel throughout the geographical area covered
Skills and experiences:

Previous experience in either customer service or property inspection

Knowledge of compliance and health and safety
:
Great organisational skills and ability to manage and prioritise your own diary

Clear communication skills

Ability to complete tasks within set deadlines

Competent using mobile technology to complete worksheets

This role will involve driving on company business. In order to drive a company vehicle, drivers must hold a full valid UK driving licence
