As Finance & Compliance Manager, you'll play a key role in managing day-to-day finance operations, producing insightful reports, and ensuring contract and regulatory compliance. Reporting to the Director of Finance & Corporate Resources, you'll be a trusted internal business partner across the organisation.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Lead monthly reporting, management accounts and cashflow
* Oversee budgeting, forecasting, VAT, payroll, Gift Aid
* Support contracts, audits, risk register and compliance (H&S, GDPR, etc.)
* Liaise with external partners (auditors, banks, pension providers)
About You:
* Experienced in financial management (charity/public sector ideal)
* Part- or fully-qualified, or qualified by experience
* Skilled in Excel + finance systems (Business Central a plus)
* Clear communicator, analytical thinker, highly organised
