The Payload (Pay & Perks)
* Elite Salary: Up to £45,000 Basic (Depending on experience and certifications).
* Earnings: £9,500 Annual Bonus (£54,500 OTE).
* Hours: Monday – Friday only (Zero weekend work).

What You Will Be Doing
* Prestige Maintenance: Carrying out expert servicing and repairs on premium and high-performance models.
* Complex Diagnostics: Using advanced software to solve intricate electrical and mechanical puzzles.
* High-Level Engineering: Handling "heavy" mechanical work, including timing components, gearboxes, and suspension systems.
* Quality Control: Ensuring every vehicle meets the rigorous standards our premium clientele expects.
* Technical Authority: Acting as a specialist within the workshop and mentoring junior talent when required.
