If successful, you will be supported to complete The Care Certificate. Once all 15 modules have been assessed as competent; you will be awarded with a nationally recognised qualification and you will be equipped to provide compassionate, safe and high-quality care and support to our patients and their relatives. The post holder will work as part of themultidisciplinary team delivering a range of designated tasks/duties of aclinical and non- clinical nature including personal compassionate care topatients, working within agreed policy and procedures. The post holder will work under thesupervision of the NMC Registrant at all times, who holds delegatedaccountability for the work designated.
