You're a Maintenance Engineer. You fix stuff. You keep lines moving. You stop chaos before it happens. And when things do go wrong, you're the one who stays calm and sorts it.

Here’s the setup:
* £51,000 salary. Yep, that’s not a typo.
* 4 on, 4 off – rotating days and nights. (Plus 20 days annual leave, book 4 days off and have 12!)
* Permanent role. Proper job security.
You’ll be working for one of the UK’s biggest food producers. The factory runs 24/7, and without engineering, nothing gets made. So your work matters here – a lot.
You’ll be joining a team where people have each other’s backs. Where getting your hands dirty is expected. Where you’re trusted to get on with the job, not micromanaged to death.
Is it hard work? Sure. But it’s not boring. And you’ll be rewarded properly for it.
What you’ll need:
* Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment (food or FMCG would be ideal).
* Electrical or mechanical bias – either works, but you need to know your way around both.
* The usual qualifications (NVQ Level 3, or equivalent).
