Key Responsibilities
* Partner with senior leaders to deliver people strategies aligned with business growth and M&A activity.
* Lead HR due diligence, integration planning, and post-merger cultural alignment.
* Drive organisational design, workforce planning, and change management initiatives.
* Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
* Collaborate with global HR teams to ensure consistency and alignment.
* Use data and insights to inform decisions and measure impact.
Candidate Profile
* Proven experience as an HRBP or People Consultant in a fast-paced, matrixed organisation.
* Strong track record supporting M&A transactions and post-deal integration.
* Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
* Deep understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices.
* CIPD qualified or equivalent experience.
* Background in investment, financial services, or professional services is a plus.
