In Bristol, we are looking for a committed, enthusiastic, and proactive Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team. You will play a vital role in helping our students reach their full potential, working closely with teachers to deliver high-quality education and care.

Key Responsibilities:
* Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
* Assist individual students and small groups, including those with special educational needs.
* Help maintain a positive, safe, and stimulating learning environment.
* Prepare learning resources and provide administrative support as required.
* Promote positive behavior and inclusion across all areas of the school.

We’re Looking For Someone Who:
* Has experience working with children in an educational setting (preferred).
* Demonstrates strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Is patient, nurturing, and adaptable.
* Has a positive attitude and a genuine passion for supporting student development.
* Is able to work effectively as part of a team and independently.

Qualifications:
* A relevant Teaching Assistant qualification (e.g., Level 2 or Level 3) is desirable but not essential.
* A good standard of literacy and numeracy is required.
* Enhanced DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain).
