We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Secretary to join our busy and successful Commercial Property Department.
This is a key support role within the team, working directly alongside the Commercial Property Office Manager and Head of Commercial in a busy and fast-paced professional environment. You will provide dedicated secretarial and administrative support to the department, ensuring documentation, communication and daily tasks are handled efficiently and to a high professional standard.

The Role
You will provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the Commercial Property team, including:
* Producing and formatting professional commercial property valuation reports from templates
* Inserting photographs, floor plans, measurements and supporting information
* Coordinating appointments and managing diaries
* Booking inspections and client meetings
* Handling incoming calls and responding to emails in a professional and timely manner
* Maintaining accurate property files and records
* Updating internal databases and systems
* Providing general administrative support to ensure the department operates smoothly
About You
The successful candidate will:
* Have previous secretarial or administrative experience
* Be highly organised with excellent attention to detail
* Communicate confidently and professionally
* Be confident using Microsoft Office (particularly Word)
* Be able to prioritise workload and work efficiently in a busy environment
* Enjoy working as part of a close-knit, supportive team
