We are looking to expand our team of Bank Workers, who provide emergency and planned shift cover across all of our services. In this flexible role, you can pick up shifts to work around your existing commitments and make a real difference to the lives of people experiencing homelessness in Cambridge.
Night Support Worker
Are you passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of homeless individuals! Do you have a heart for those in need and desire to contribute in a supportive and non-judgemental approach, if so, we invite you to join our team as a Night Support Worker. You’ll be the first point of contact during the night, offering practical support and a calm, reassuring presence.
This role would suit someone who has experience dealing with complex and challenging needs around mental health, substance misuse, offending and rough sleeping. You will need to be resilient, friendly and approachable to thrive in this position.
Jimmy’s provides help to people experiencing homelessness in Cambridge. We work with local people, communities, organisations and partners to deliver 24/7 emergency help, support and accommodation 365 days a year for those who would otherwise be sleeping rough.
