Specialist (Student Information Services)
to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone with experience in student data management who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
You will play a key role in supporting the student journey from enrolment to achievement, ensuring data quality and compliance across a range of student-related services including enrolments, exams, timetabling, and funding returns. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the smooth running of our academic operations and make a real impact on learner outcomes.
Essential Criteria
* Level 3 qualification (or equivalent experience) in a relevant discipline.
* GCSE English and Maths at grade C/4 or above.
* Recent experience in a student data-related role.
* Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and databases.
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain accurate student records across the full lifecycle, from enrolment to achievement.
* Lead on specialist areas such as exams, timetabling, funding returns, or compliance.
* Support internal and external audits and contribute to quality assurance processes.
* Provide high-quality customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
* Assist in training staff and developing procedures to improve service delivery.
* Use student data systems to input and manage information in line with regulations.
* Contribute to business transformation by simplifying and automating processes.
* Deputise for the Team Leader when required.
