This role is ideal for a dedicated leader who is passionate about driving school improvement, supporting high-quality teaching and learning, and making a positive impact across the whole school.
The Role:
* Supporting the strategic leadership and day-to-day management of the school
* Working closely with the Headteacher and wider leadership team
* Leading on key areas of school development and improvement planning
* Monitoring teaching, learning and pupil progress to ensure high standards
* Inspiring, coaching and supporting staff at all levels
The Ideal Candidate:
* An experienced senior or middle leader within a primary school setting
* Holds QTS and has a strong understanding of the primary curriculum
* Demonstrates proven leadership and management skills
* Has a clear vision for raising standards and improving outcomes for pupils
* Is collaborative, reflective and committed to inclusive education
