Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for a Dispensing Optician located in March. The primary responsibilities include assisting clients in selecting appropriate eyewear, advising on lens types and treatments, and ensuring optimal fits. The role involves providing exceptional customer service, performing basic eye exams as needed, and collaborating with our optometrists and team members to maintain high-quality care. Additional duties may include managing inventory, addressing customer inquiries, and adhering to industry standards and practices.
Qualifications
* Strong knowledge of optics and expertise in dispensing eyewear for various needs
* Experience in optometry-related tasks, including assisting with eye exams
* Commitment to providing outstanding customer service and ensuring client satisfaction
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced on-site environment
* Previous experience in a similar role and certification as a Dispensing Optician is highly desirable
