Job Description
Executive Assistant – Partner Support
£54,000 – £57,000 | Central London | Hybrid: 3 days office / 2 days remote
We’re working with a highly respected executive search firm in Central London to find a sharp, adaptable Executive Assistant to support one of their Partners. The team is known for its consultative approach and long-standing client relationships across a range of sectors, including financial services, professional services, and HR.
This role sits at the heart of a Partner’s busy portfolio of searches. It's an excellent fit for someone who thrives in a consultancy-style environment — balancing precision, pace and discretion — and who takes real ownership of their work.
The role:
You’ll be fully involved in the day-to-day coordination of high-level search assignments, helping keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. From managing the Partner’s schedule to supporting candidate and client engagement, you’ll play a key role in ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.
Key responsibilities include:
* Complex diary management and scheduling across time zones
* Coordinating detailed international travel and logistics
* Liaising with senior-level clients and candidates with professionalism and discretion
* Drafting, proofreading, and formatting presentations, reports and correspondence
* Supporting preparation for meetings, taking notes, and tracking actions
* Conducting research relevant to active search projects
* Assisting with internal events and team coordination
What we’re looking for:
* Executive Assistant experience in executive search, consultancy, or a client-driven professional services environment
* A polished, confident communicator who’s comfortable dealing with senior stakeholders
* Meticulous attention to detail and strong written skills
* A natural multitasker who enjoys keeping several plates spinning
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a calm, efficient approach
* Experience supporting within HR or people-focused functions is a welcome bonus, but not essential
What’s on offer:
* A competitive salary up to £57,000
* Hybrid working: three days in the Central London office, two from home
* A collaborative, close-knit team with a strong professional reputation
* A varied, people-focused role with plenty of exposure to senior-level decision making
* If you’re looking for a role where you can bring structure, energy and polish to a fast-moving environment — and enjoy working as a true extension of the Partner you support — we’d love to hear from you.
