HSE Coordinator
Gloucester - Permanent – Full time – Days (Core Hours) – Salary £35,000
Our client, a leading manufacturer, is seeking an HSE Coordinator to support the delivery, coordination, and continuous improvement of their Health, Safety, and Environmental systems. You’ll play a key role in maintaining compliance with legislation and ISO standards while driving engagement and safety culture across site.
What you’ll do
Coordinate and maintain compliance with ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and ISO 50001 management systems
Manage audit schedules, track findings, and support corrective and preventive actions
Maintain training matrices, incident logs, and HSE trackers to ensure data accuracy
Support incident investigations, root cause analysis, and energy efficiency initiatives
Develop HSE communications, toolbox talks, and training materials to promote engagement
Use Excel 365, SharePoint, and Power BI to analyse data and create performance dashboards
What we’re looking for
Experience in an HSE or training coordination role within a manufacturing or industrial environment
Excellent organisational and administrative skills with strong attention to detail
Proficient in Excel 365, SharePoint, Power BI, and PowerPoint
Confident communicator able to engage stakeholders at all levels
Proactive and analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
Desirable
NEBOSH General Certificate (or working towards)
Knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards
Interest in developing a career in health, safety, and environmental management
