An established and growing foodservice business is seeking a high-performing Business Development Manager to drive new business, grow key accounts, and deliver profitable revenue across the London market.

The Role
* Own and grow a portfolio of high-value customer accounts
* Win new business and convert opportunities into sustainable revenue
* Consistently deliver against monthly sales and margin targets
* Identify and execute margin-growth, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities
* Lead commercial negotiations and close profitable deals
* Build and deliver joint business plans to maximise account potential
* Maintain strong awareness of market and competitor activity
What We Are Looking For:
* Proven BDM experience within food service / HORECA
* Food Sales knowledge
* Strong commercial acumen with a clear track record of growth
* Confident negotiator and deal-closer
* Data-driven and target-focused
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Passion for the food industry
