Commercial Manager
Talentmark are recruiting for a Commercial Manager to join a multinational, multi-industry company on a contract basis for 6 months. This is a hybrid role with some on‑site requirements in Stone, Staffordshire.
Salary
£18.21 per hour PAYE or £24.18 per hour via Umbrella.
Commercial Manager Role
Provide guidance and leadership on contract‑related matters. Develop contract strategies based on company policies, customer requirements, and the overall execution strategy.
Identify the contract baseline and areas of opportunity and potential risk. Ensure timely and accurate execution of commercial aspects on a portfolio of contracts and subcontracts. Support the Legal team in handling formal dispute resolution, litigation and arbitration proceedings.
Qualifications
* Hold a degree in a relevant subject, or have equivalent working experience.
* Extensive experience in contract management.
* Experience within the energy sector would be a distinct advantage.
* Excellent stakeholder management.
* Effective communication and influencing skills.
