Scheduler – Hatfield (Hybrid Working) – £12.75 PAYE per hour
Rolling Contract | Immediate Start Preferred | SC Clearance Advantageous
We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Scheduler to join our team in Hatfield. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach, looking to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and prioritise scheduling tasks efficiently in a busy work environment
* Liaise effectively with Engineers, Resource Managers, and internal teams
* Deliver excellent customer service and communication across all levels
* Maintain accurate records and data entry using internal systems
Essential Skills & Experience:
* Strong multitasking and organisational skills
* Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office – particularly Outlook and Excel
* High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
* A proactive attitude and solid problem-solving skills
* Comfortable learning new internal systems (experience with iRequest and SAP desirable)
Additional Information:
* Hybrid working (Hatfield base)
* Rolling contract with potential for extension
* Active SC clearance highly preferred – candidates must be eligible and willing to undergo clearance if not already held
* Immediate availability is advantageous due to project urgency
