Milk Education is recruiting for an Unqualified Teaching Assistant to work within one of our partnered schools in L27 - Netherley

Unqualified Teaching Assistant Role & Responsibilities:
* Promote inclusion and acceptance of all students
* Support pupils consistently whilst responding to their individual needs
* Work with the teacher in intervention planning, evaluating and adjusting lessons/plans as appropriate
* Deliver catch-up sessions
Unqualified Teaching Assistant Non-negotiables:
* Must have recent/relevant experience working with children and young people
* Must have a passion for education
* Must possess good numeracy and literacy skills
* Must have the ability to work under the guidance of the teacher
