About the role
Your focus as a Senior Care Assistant will be to support the Care team in delivering high standards of personal care, ensuring a safe, caring, and inclusive environment for residents, visitors, and staff.
Other responsibilities will include:
* Monitoring residents' wellbeing and updating care plans accordingly.
* Participating in person-centred care planning and evaluations.
* Supporting residents with medication.
* Supporting staff development through supervisions.
* Being a key contact for residents, relatives, and healthcare professionals, addressing requests and concerns.

* Hold an NVQ 3 or equivalent in care for care homes.

Qualifications
