As a Manager in our growing Company Secretarial team, you will support senior management in delivering the growth strategy, oversee day‑to‑day operations of junior staff and draft corporate work for SME clients, including articles of association, tax projects and share restructuring transactions.
Responsibilities
* Lead the delivery of premium service and quality end‑product to clients.
* Oversee and review preparation of client deliverables.
* Consider profitability and work within agreed budgets.
* Manage a portfolio of clients, including client care, project management and WIP/billing management.
* Build strong, trusted relationships and act as a key point of contact.
* Communicate problems or contentious issues to senior management or partner and suggest solutions.
* Take the lead on assignments as required.
* Train and develop junior members, providing constructive feedback; line‑manage junior staff.
* Liaise with other RSM departments (Finance Function Support, Tax, Restructuring) to meet deadlines and resolve issues.
Qualifications
* CGI qualified with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience, ideally within a professional services environment.
* Comprehensive understanding of the Companies Act 2006 and associated legislation.
* Strong knowledge of articles of association, including Model Articles and Table A provisions, and ability to draft and review complex transaction documents in line with the Act.
