Overview
We’re recruiting for a Graduate Manufacturing Engineer to join a well-established manufacturing business in Hull. This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate to gain hands‑on experience and develop within a supportive, fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Support manufacturing operations and production targets
* Identify and implement process improvements
* Analyse production data and performance
* Assist with problem‑solving and root cause analysis
* Work cross-functionally with engineering and operations teams
Requirements
* Degree in Engineering (Manufacturing, Mechanical, or similar)
* Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
* Good communication and teamwork
* Interest in continuous improvement
