Overview
HR Business Partner role based in East Sussex. This is a permanent position with a base salary of £40,000 – £45,000 plus bonus and benefits. The successful candidate will drive strategic change and deliver high-quality operational support, strengthening employee relations, leading change initiatives, and improving HR processes to support business goals.
Responsibilities
* HR Generalist duties including supporting the HR Team with recruitment and grievances and acting as a business partner to on-site managers.
* Partner with managers to identify organisational improvements and develop robust people plans to strengthen the company as a whole.
* Align people practices with business objectives to drive performance, engagement, and cultural alignment.
Key skills and qualifications
* Proven experience in HRBP roles with ability to manage your own workload and work autonomously.
* CIPD qualification (Level 5 or above) or equivalent experience preferred.
* Experience in handling complex ER cases and supporting managers.
