We’re looking for an International Corporate Move Manager to handle worldwide relocations, ideally with previous experience managing corporate accounts, though this is not essential. What You’ll Be Doing:
* Managing end-to-end international removals for clients across the globe
* Acting as the primary contact throughout the move lifecycle
* Coordinating international logistics, customs processes, and partner agents
* Ensuring compliance with global shipping and customs regulations
* Tracking and resolving shipment delays and issues proactively
* Collaborating with internal teams and global networks
* Maintaining accurate move records and documentation
* Delivering top notch customer service and timely updates
* Preparing tailored cost estimates and service offerings
* Supporting account teams with operational excellence
* Conducting post move feedback calls to ensure satisfaction
* Meeting all service level and performance targets
* What We’re Looking For:Previous experience in international relocation or moving services
* Exposure to corporate client account handling preferred but not required
* Knowledge of customs procedures and international shipping
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Proficiency with CRM or move management software
* Organized and confident in managing multiple concurrent moves
