Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
Are you organized, analytical, and motivated to develop your career in finance? We are looking for a proactive and detail-focused Finance Assistant to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting our financial operations while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance across a variety of processes.
In this role, you will:
* Manage daily employee expenses, ensuring policy compliance and accuracy.
* Assist with credit control and help resolve customer disputes with both local and global finance teams.
* Support the Financial Reporting Manager with audit processes.
* Carry out due diligence for new customer onboarding.
* Collaborate on month-end reporting to ensure deadlines are met.
* Contribute to ad-hoc projects and drive improvements to finance-related business processes.
* Address internal and external queries with effective, timely solutions.
* Respond positively to changing priorities and provide assistance when required.
* Utilize company systems effectively to complete tasks accurately and on time.

What You Need to Succeed
* AAT Qualified with solid technical and functional expertise.
* Proficient in advanced Excel techniques.
* Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills.
* Confident communicator, skilled at building and maintaining business relationships.
