Responsible for the day-to-day on-site delivery of a flood defence project in Derby.

Supervision of direct labour and subcontractors, site coordination, and safety enforcement.

Reading construction drawings, managing sequencing of works, and maintaining site discipline.
*
Ideal for candidates with background in earthworks, groundworks or heavy civils.
*
SMSTS and CSCS Gold or Black Card essential.
*
Strong organisational and leadership skills required
