They are seeking a Talent Acquisition Operations Lead to join their high-performing team. This role is pivotal in delivering a world-class onboarding experience for every new hire; from interns to executives, while leading a small team and driving operational excellence.
The ideal candidate will have proven expertise managing high-volume recruitment coordination, manage a full onboarding process end-to-end, with knowledge managing or mentoring a team.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and develop a team of Talent Acquisition Coordinators, fostering collaboration and growth.
* Oversee end-to-end onboarding, ensuring every new hire is equipped for success from day one.
* Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams to deliver a white-glove candidate experience.
* Implement process improvements and scalable workflows for global consistency.
* Maintain accurate records in ATS and HRIS systems and ensure compliance throughout the onboarding process.
