A client-focused construction consultancy in Central London is seeking a confident and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team. The Senior Quantity Surveyor's Role The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will become part of a collaborative Quantity Surveying team that also delivers Project Management and Employer's Agent services. Projects are diverse and high-profile, spanning commercial, residential, mixed-use, hospitality, and refurbishment sectors across London and the South East. Day to day, the Senior Quantity Surveyor will lead projects from inception through to completion, taking responsibility for cost planning, procurement, contract administration, risk management, valuations, and final accounts. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will also play a key role in managing client relationships, mentoring junior surveyors, and supporting the delivery of exceptional service across the consultancy's project portfolio.
