OVERVIEW
* Manage a varied private client caseload, including: Wills, lasting powers of attorney, trusts, probate and estate administration and Court of Protection applications.
* Advise clients on a range of private client matters.
* Liaise with external bodies, including the Land Registry, HMCTS and HMRC.
* Prepare estate accounts.
* Ensure accurate, efficient and compliant case management.
* Lead, develop and support the private client team.
