Ysgol Cynefin, Station Road, Llanishen, Cardiff CF14 5UX. Post: ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT OFFICER (Ysgol Cynefin East – Llanrumney site). Post Ref: ED50248061. Contract: PERMANENT, PART TIME. Salary: Grade 04 SCP 6-11 £25,989 - £28,142 (pro Rata of FTE). Hours: 14.8 hrs per week, Term Time 40 weeks pa. The Governing Body at Ysgol Cynefin are looking to appoint a dynamic and enthusiastic individual on a part time basis to a very busy special school office.
Responsibilities
* Demonstrate well developed administrative, communication, finance and ICT skills with the ability to work independently to deal with work pressures.
* Foster good working relationships with all stakeholders.
* Support the busy school office at Ysgol Cynefin East (Llanrumney) and coordination with Ysgol Cynefin West (Fairwater).
Requirements / Qualifications
* Highly motivated candidates with well developed administrative, communication, finance and ICT skills.
* Ability to work independently and under pressure; strong interpersonal skills.
