Serviced Accommodation Cleaner (with Linen Management)
LuxClean Ventures Ltd is a growing, family‑run cleaning company specialising in serviced accommodation and short‑stay rentals across Leicester, Coventry and the wider Midlands. We partner with Airbnb hosts and serviced accommodation operators to deliver hotel‑standard changeovers that protect 5★ reviews and keep properties guest‑ready, every time.
Role Overview
We are looking for reliable, detail‑focused Serviced Accommodation Cleaners to carry out changeovers and manage linen for short‑stay properties in and around Leicester.
This is more than standard domestic cleaning. You’ll be responsible for making sure properties are reset to a hotel‑standard finish and that clean linen is always ready for the next guest.
Key Responsibilities
* Complete full serviced accommodation changeovers in 1–5 bed properties
* Clean and reset all areas: bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living spaces, hallways
* Strip and make beds to a high standard, including staging the property so it is “guest‑ready”
* Bag and organise used linen after each stay
* Take linen to a local laundromat for wash, dry and ironing, then collect it ready for the next booking
* Check for damage, missing items or maintenance issues and report them promptly
* Follow agreed checklists and standards to ensure consistent, high‑quality cleans
* Communicate clearly with LuxClean (quick updates, photos if needed, responding to messages)
Requirements
* Based in or near Leicester, with the ability to travel to different properties
* Full UK driving licence and access to your own car (essential)
* Previous professional cleaning experience – serviced accommodation / Airbnb / holiday lets strongly preferred
* Comfortable handling linen and managing drop‑off/collection at a laundromat
* Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering a high standard of work
* Reliable, punctual and able to work independently
* Good communication skills (WhatsApp / phone)
* Self‑employed / subcontractor status, able to invoice for work
Hours & Availability
* Changeovers typically take place between 10:00 and 15:00, depending on guest check‑out and check‑in times
* Work will begin on an ad‑hoc / part‑time basis, with potential for more regular jobs as our portfolio grows
* Flexibility to work some weekdays and weekends is an advantage
Pay
* Rates will be discussed with shortlisted candidates, based on experience and the properties you take on
* Regular, ongoing work available for the right person as we continue to expand
