VNA or High-Level Order Picker (HLOP) DriverLocation: Erdington, BirminghamPay: £14.00 per hourHours: Monday to Friday, 10:00am - 6:00pmAre you an experienced VNA or HLOP driver looking for a new opportunity in a supportive and dynamic environment? We are currently recruiting for a skilled and safety-conscious individual to join our growing team in Central Birmingham.What You'll Be Doing:As a VNA Driver:
* Safely operating Very Narrow Aisle (VNA) equipment within racking systems.
* Accurately retrieving and relocating stock within tight aisle spaces.
* Supporting inventory checks and replenishment of stock.
* Following all health and safety procedures to maintain a secure working area.
As a High-Level Order Picker:
* Operating HLOP equipment to pick stock from high storage locations.
* Ensuring accurate and efficient picking and packing of customer orders.
* Maintaining cleanliness and order in your working area.
* Complying with all warehouse safety protocols.
What We're Looking For:
* Previous experience using VNA or HLOP equipment (essential).
* In-date, accredited licence or certification for VNA and/or HLOP operation.
* A good eye for detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
* Team player with a positive attitude and strong communication skills.
